With all of our High Street shop units seemingly attract a lower grade tenant which will simply erode the attraction for high value tenants and larger spenders into town.

I'm all for the tenanted is better than an empty argument.  But surely there are studies out there that show a better usage case to ensure we keep people coming into town to spend their money in multiple places not just for a coffee, charity shop or some form of betting?

We converted a city centre old derelict mill site into a Home for Entrepreneurs by offering free networking events, serviced offices, storage, and registered office address services. We have never been empty and have been very consistent with our turnover of tenants.

Any other initiatves worth championing that we need to replicate?
