One of our sites has been the victim of a number of flytipping drops over the last few days by the same people in unmarked transit vans. All during the working day around 5pm.

We have CCTV footage, photos, and license plates.  But the police will not act as it's a civil matter and on private land, your local council will not take any action as it is on private land.

So your only source of recourse is to go after the perpetrators personally.  In this case, the vans were untaxed (reported to the DVLA) and more than likely from a traveller community, we have been told.

For us to clear up the mess left in our car park, we have a £1000 skip due to arrive, and I have to pay for the labour to clear everything away.

Surely, there are other methods to prosecute or get some form of justice for other people's actions?
