Is anyone aware of, or actively doing, any kind of optimisation for AI on websites? I understand that websites can be tweaked to maximise their chance of being referred to when people ask ChatGPT for help. I don’t know anything about how it works, but I’m wondering if you have any thoughts on it?

You can't tweak your website, but Google's EETA is a big help with your AI optimisation. You need to build the site's quality, so an AI trusts the information on your site and mentions it.
The key to increasing your EETA quality is getting mentioned on high-authority sites that Google indexes, like Reddit threads, Quora answers and niche blogs or any 'on topic' forums you can find.
