For a system that is built to 'curb illegal working'.  A lot of businesses will need to adjust their recruitment strategies or face delays on onboarding migrant workers.  IT teams need to be in place to roll out technologies to prepare for all compliance and cybersecurity implications. 

I guess it will affect the public trust depending on how businesses handle their ID data.  Have the fines been announced or consequences been discussed openly yet?
