We may collect personal data from you when you make an enquiry, use our website subscribe to our newsletters, or when you contact us.

  5. Marketing: we may occasionally contact you with information regarding special offers or changes of operation, via e-communications. You will have the choice to opt in or opt out of receiving such communications when we contact you. You will also have the chance on every e-communication we send you to opt out of receiving our direct marketing material.

We will not keep your data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose it is being processed for, so for example we may want to contact you after a year to ask whether you wish to update a dated item, or to re-order based on our knowledge of previous order patterns.

We may also need to retain personal data to deal with complaints, queries and to protect our legal rights in the event of a claim being made.

We may share your data with only our trusted third party organisations, for instance courier firms and delivery agents, photographers or illustrators you have asked us to commission on your creative project, external agencies working directly with us on your projects if we need them.
