We house businesses of all shapes and sizes at the No1 Business Centre. From national hubs to one man bands that use us for our Virtual Office Services. When discussing with our tenants about their work life balance, most will tell you that the disapline to work from home and not get distracted is very difficult to focus more often if you are at home. There are many studies about the productivity levels of various levels and it seems that the higher up the food chain you are, the more you achieve.
I like the process of going to work as it’s a mental shift and a door closed on the home life which helps me focus on the tasks in hand at work. Am I missing any benefits for working from home other than the obvious creature comforts?
